Meet the Leadership Team

Mark J. Pohl

A U.S. Army veteran and Global War on Terrorism Medal recipient (Iraq & Afghanistan), Mark served as a Special Agent with the DoD and led the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force. A DHS‑trained instructor in Active Shooter Response and Tactical Medicine (TacMed), he’s also a Purdue University advisor on security research and has collaborated with the CIA, FBI, DEA, IRS, and U.S. Military on critical investigations including the historic extradition of a fugitive from Iraq.

Ken Wall

A retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent, Ken brings over 30 years of leadership, including service during 9/11 at the World Trade Center and Shanksville, Pennsylvania. He has led teams at The Pohl Group and the Project Survive Training Institute, responded to school shootings nationwide, and formerly directed Cincinnati SAFE, protecting Cincinnati’s Jewish community. While with the FBI, he facilitated tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises across all 88 Ohio counties, informing programs that are practical and mission-critical.

Mark Rogers

Mark is a former federal agent and safety expert with extensive experience in tactical operations, critical incident response, and threat assessment. His hands-on leadership and instructional capabilities have helped develop industry-leading training programs for law enforcement, schools, and corporate partners alike.
